Increase reductions with thread count

Respin of multi-thread idea that was simplified away recently: basically doing more reductions with thread count since Lazy SMP naturally widens search. With drawish book this idea got simplified away but with less drawish book it again gains elo, maybe trying to reinstall other ideas that were simplified away previously can be beneficial.

Chess engine: SF 16.1 MPV

Author, Eduard Nemeth: This engine is better suited for analysis than the current newer developer versions. The following version is maybe even better. I implemented the network with Dimension 3072 as well as the Random Op. MultiPV mode. Other features include Minimum Thinking Time and Slow Mover. As default is Random Op. MultiPV = 3. I consider this setting to be the best for tactical analysis. With Random Op. MultiPV = 1 the engine behaves like Stockfish 16.1 with network dimension 3072.
