KhepriChess - java (UCI) chess engine

v.3.0.0:
The most significant changes in this release are the changes to pruning, reductions, and the evaluation. Support for Chess960 (aka Fischer Random Chess) has also been added.

In general:
Tweaks to pruning and reductions
rework move encoding and move-related functions
implement static exchange evaluation to skip bad captures
Knight and bishop outposts
Mobility added to evaluation
Semi-open and open files around the king added to evaluation
113.2 +/- 8.2 Elo in self play
