The very first release of Tarnished: Renown!

This version has basic UCI support, as well as a benchmark feature. It has some basic HCE features and search. It is able to defeat Stash-19.0 at 8+0.08 and 40+0.4 time controls which is estimated ~2471 CCRL Blitz.
