Anubis - winboard chess engine

The author's improved version of an engine that's over 20 years old!
We haven't tested it yet; we'll start testing it today or tomorrow.

Anubis 3.02 what's new?

Bug fixes (thanks to Jim Ablett) and a small, almost imperceptible Elo boost.
I haven't yet included a way to configure the hash table size, so I'm uploading two executables, one 100MB and one 350MB.
