Dumb - "A simple & stupid UCI chess engine"

Dumb version 1.7:
Correct a few bugs,
Make some code faster.
Null move is more aggressive. IIR (by Ed Schröder) replaces IID.
Should be about 20-30 elo stronger than version 1.5 / 1.6.
