New version chess engine: Yukari 2025.02.4

Yukari is a primarily xboard-protocol chess program. (UCI support exists, but xboard should be preferred if your GUI isn't from the stone age.)

Second release.
Yukari now has UCI support, but xboard should be preferred if it works.
Estimated strength: about 3100 CCRL Elo.
