Only work with CPUs that support AVX2.

Cataphract 1.2 what's new?

Changes since v1.1:
Added butterfly history, now work in combination with piece-to history.
Change to a stronger net.
Optimize accumulator logic.

This is a build created by Jim Ablett. The official Cataphract 1.2 build failed to run, but this Cataphract 1.2 JA build works without a problem!
