Euphron NEO 0.46 - new version chess engine

Euphron NEO a chess engine written from scratch in C++17, developed through individually tested iterations. A Caissa Academy project.

Euphron NEO 0.46 – this is our first time seeing this engine in action. Its playing strength is still a mystery, but today it kicked off its run in the CEDR Chess Engine League qualifiers, starting out in the lowest tier, Group E.

What's new?
Twenty-two individual UCI toggles (one per search technique and per evaluation family, on top of the existing master toggle) · thinking-time allocation based on game phase, move count, and proximity to the tablebase zone · fixed a second missing exclusion (time-management parameters were being tuned by mistake).
