AspireBot v1 - new chess engine

First release.
Features:
Move gen with PEXT and PDEP magic bitboards
MVV-LVA and transposition table move ordering
Tapered eval with material and piece-square tables
Built-in book from ~1M high rated Lichess games
ELO is around 1590 on the CCRL 2+1 scale.
I believe the engine may be stronger than this in some stages of the game, but it seems to struggle a lot with some endgames, especially at short time controls.
