 PGN Viewer Oslo - is an open-source chess game viewer for Windows.

It is based on code from PGN Viewer (http://pgnviewer.sourceforge.net/)  - a project for which there have been no updates for several years.
This is the beta release of PGN Viewer Oslo.
The following prerequisites are required: 
 Windows Installer 3.1
NET Framework 3.5
