Chess engine: Ronja 0.7.0 (Linux and Windows). New version

Ronja - XBoard/WinBoard chess engine written in Java.

 Installation
If you run Windows, find your WinBoard .ini file, and find the option /firstChessProgramNames in this file. Add a line like the following in the list of chess programs:

     "Ronja" -fcp ronja.bat -fd <ronja_home>

    This version does not work(for me), the previous 0.6 worked well.
