Galjoen 0.39.1 - UCI chess engine. New version

Rating JCER = 2110

 Change:
Galjoen_v0.39.1: Galjoen moves slower in limitstrength mode.
Galjoen_v0.39: The engine is UCI only. But galjoengui still supports CECP.
New endgame tables reside in the transpositiontable, instead of using extra memory.
Evaluation weights are  split into middlegame weights and endgame weights.
