Chess engine: Raven 0.80 (Windows and Linux)

Raven is a chess engine written in C that uses the UCI protocol.

New Features:
Detect draws by insufficient material.
Futility pruning to depth 7.
Limit history pruning to depth 21.

Evaluation:
Automated tuning of the evaluation function. Now using tuned values.
Reduce passed pawn bonus when stop square is occupied by opponent's knight, bishop, or king.
Endgame evaluation for positions with 5 or fewer pieces.

Bug fixes:
Fixed bug with time extensions.
Fixed incorrect black pawn endgame PST.
Fixed passed pawn values causing asymmetric evals.
Fixed bug in bonuses for open and closed positions.

Fixed pawn chain bonus for white.
