Extend irreversible moves

 if these are ttMoves and played in positions with a high value of the rule50 counter. The unusual extension of 2 is safe in this context as awarding it will reset the rule50 counter, making sure it is awarded very rarely in a search path.

 This patch partially addresses https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/issues/2620 as it should make it less likely to play a move that resets the counter, but that is worse than alternative moves after a slightly deeper search.

  HypnoS is a free and strong UCI chess engine derived from Stockfish  that analyzes chess positions and computes the optimal moves. HypnoS does not include a graphical user interface (GUI) that is required  to display a chessboard and to make it easy to input moves. These GUIs are  developed independently from HypnoS and are available online. HypnoS development is currently supported on the Openbench framework. OpenBench (created by Andrew Grant) is an open-source Sequential Probability Ratio Testing (SPRT) framework designed for self-play testing of engines. Chess engine: SF 16.1 MPV

Author, Eduard Nemeth: This engine is better suited for analysis than the current newer developer versions. The following version is maybe even better. I implemented the network with Dimension 3072 as well as the Random Op. MultiPV mode. Other features include Minimum Thinking Time and Slow Mover. As default is Random Op. MultiPV = 3. I consider this setting to be the best for tactical analysis. With Random Op. MultiPV = 1 the engine behaves like Stockfish 16.1 with network dimension 3072.
