BBC (Bit Board Chess) - UCI chess engine

added Stockfish NNUE as main evaluation
got rid of handcrafted evaluation completely
updated NN file to "nn-eba324f53044.nnue"

NOTE: Make sure to download *.nnue file along with engine's binary executable and place it to the the same folder where engine lives!
