Simplify Pv nodes related logic in LMR

Instead of having 2 separate conditions for Pv nodes reductions we can actually write them together. Despite it's not being strictly logically the same bench actually doesn't change up to depth 20, so them interacting is really rare and thus it's just a removal of extra PvNode check most of the time.

    I foujnd Black Marlin,,,,,,and that it was written in RUST ,,,,,,,

    ,,,,,,,,,,,so do the Baldwins have a Black Marlin???? ha,,,, bad,,,my bad,,,

    and I did find that Fisherov is derived from Stockfish,,,,, but I am thinking
    that Black Marlin is an older and weaker engine,, found ver 1.0 NNUE
    and havent found a download point I have a Black Marlin engine
    but it the configuration is blank,,,,,,,,thanks again,,,,,,,,,,la
