New rules - chess engines 

1. GUI: Fritz 17, Fritz 15, Banksia, Aquarium and Arena 
2. Time: 3' +3" - TOP 64 engines and Amateur engines. 
3. TOP 64 engines - 3 leagues (20 + 22 + 22).

4. The rest of the amateur and new engines in three tournaments. Engine errors take it out of the league.

5. Winboard engines - file adaptation: wb2uci.eng.
