Zangdar - UCI chess engine (written in C++11).

v.2.30:

Again, very modest progression in this release. I made some improvements in the different historys, and change the time management.

Im thinking about NNUE, but since I don't know anything about it, it's not in a near future.

All in all, I expect to gain about 50 elo.

I attached windows binaries as always.
