New chess engine for MacOS: Rocky 0.1.0

Rocky -  XBoard chess engine written in Roc .
Built with roc nightly pre-release from 2024-05-22.

Rocky is still in an early stage, and is currently very weak. It has no opening book, no depth search, no time management, and limited positional knowledge. Over time, some of these things will hopefully improve.
Rocky is currently available for Linux and macOS.
