Rusty-rival 1.0.24-rc9 - new version chess engine

Rusty Rival - UCI (Universal Chess Interface) chess engine written in Rust.
Author:Chris Moreton

The engine can be about 50% faster if compiled on the machine on which it will be run in order to take advantage of cpu-specific instructions.

Rusty-rival 1.0.24-rc9 what's new?
Restrict passed pawn extensions to endgames only

The passed pawn push extensions were causing search explosion and
timeouts in complex middlegame positions, leading to a regression
from 72/100 to 66/100 on the test suite.

Now only extend on passed pawn pushes when is_end_game() is true,
which preserves the benefit for drawn endgame recognition while
avoiding the regression in tactical positions.
