I'm running about the same tournament, using long time controls, but I started with about 100 engines rated 2700+ elo. My top 32 are about the same as yours, except I have Beluga doing very well in the "Final 6" (Stockfish, Komodo, Fire, Sugar, Heron Impossible, and Beluga). Beluga was the winner of a pre-tournament between it and: SF Marco, SF Mainz, Salt, Pepper, Shark and Orka.
ReplyDeleteAnyhow I think you should add it to the mix!
Thank you for the information. We are happy to results of your tournament we will post on our blog
DeleteThe tournament continued at 90m + 15sec time controls, and the top 4 were Stockfish Sep 7, Komodo 9, Beluga Jan 26, and Heron Impossible May 11, 2014. In the finals, it was SF vs Kom at same time controls. They tied at 1-1-4 each. So I play at 120'30" time controls for 2 games. SF won, 1.5-.5. I realize that more games would be better, but my resources are more limited.
DeleteThanks for the reply!
Thank you, John. I wish you perseverance :)
