Bugfix release! FRC flag wasn't being read, so Clover actually didn't play FRC, silly me.

Hello again, after a long time! New version is here, mostly search improvements and just making code cleaner. I'm quite unable to train any new net soon, hence I thought I could release now, before next release, which will have a new net for sure, but also because I'm bored of just search patches.
On an unbalanced book, improvements are around 25-30 elo at LTC.
Have fun with Clover and please report any bugs!
