Astra 6.1.1 wins Rising Star Chess Engines Tournament, 2025.11.06-08

Astra 6.1.1 won another Rising Star Chess Engines Tournament. PlentyChess 7.0.12 came in second, and Texel 1.13a4 JA came in third. These tournaments are designed to "test" new versions of chess engines that aren't based on Stockfish code. For comparison, we're adding the benchmark Critter 1.6a engine to the tournament.
