Chess engine: Quabla 0.1.1

Quabla (Qapla) - UCI/winboard chess engine (UCI prefered), Author: Volker Böhm
Playing strength about 2400 Elo (CCRL = 2200 CEGT Elo).

Standard search with very little pruning (Nullmove & Futility) and very little extensions (check extension only).
Eval: King Security, Mobility, PST, trapped rook, rook on (half) open file knight outpost, threat count, static pawn structure
Time management taking much more time in critical situation
Endgame-Eval: Handling several situations with few pieces (like King + Rook vs. King)
Tablebases: Own build bitbases for KPK (standard not optional).
Qapla is a 64 bit engine and needs a 64 Bit Processor and operating system.
The version Qapla_OLD_HW is compiled without usage of hardware popcount and bit scan foreward and will thus work on older hardware
