UCI option SearchType random w/ uniform_real_distribution & mesenne twister engine

NDEBUG asserts tested and tweaked

void position::init() zobrist now gets random seed using std::chrono::system_clock

NORTON IS SAYING THEY ARE A VIRUS THREAT AND PROMPTLY REMOVES
THEM FROM YOUR SYSTEM,,,,, I JUST HAD STOCKFISH LATEST 513
REMOVED FROM MY SYSTEM,,,,,SO EMAIL NORTON OR STOCKFISH AND
