  Stockfish - UCI chess engine Rating CEDR=3314 v.14.1: With Stockfish 14.1 our users get access to the strongest chess engine available today. In the period leading up to this release, Stockfish convincingly won several chess engine tournaments, including the TCEC 21 superfinal, the TCEC Cup 9, and the Computer Chess Championship for Fischer Random Chess (Chess960). In the latter tournament, Stockfish was undefeated in 599 out of 600 games played. Compared to Stockfish 14, this release introduces a more advanced NNUE architecture and various search improvements. In self play testing, using a book of balanced openings, Stockfish 14.1 wins three times more game pairs than it loses. At this high level, draws are very common, so the Elo difference to Stockfish 14 is about 17 Elo. The NNUE evaluation method, introduced to top level chess with Stockfish 12 about one year ago, has now been adopted by several other strong CPU based chess engines. We have already started the first tests...

Walleye is a UCI-compatible engine written using the classical alpha-beta style AI. It supports loading board positions from arbitrary FEN strings, Unicode pretty printing to the console, and UCI communication logs to help with debugging. Originally this project was meant as a first introduction to rust and chess programming, but it got a bit carried away. Features: Supports the UCI Protocol NNUE trained on self-play Classical Alpha Beta Search that supports LazySMP NNUE: The Neural Network comes embedded in the binary, and can't be deactivated. Due to major differences in design, Black Marlin neural networks can't/most likely won't be compatible with other engines' neural networks. Search: The search supports usage of multiple threads. BLANK is a UCI (java) chess engine. Author:  Ryan Lau This engine was written from scratch based off Object-Oriented design using Java. The basic UCI (Universal Chess Interface) protocol has been implemented for communication with UCI-compatible GUIs. It also has an in-built GUI to directly interact with the engine. To install BLANK Chess as a UCI engine on Arena Chess GUI: From the Arena GUI MenuBar, Select Engines > Install New Engine Select .jar file type and navigate to location of the saved binary file. Select the binary file and choose UCI protocol. Go to the MenuBar, Select Engines > Manage... > Details and Select BLANK Chess Engine Under General, Click on the Type drop-down list > select UCI.
