Eubos 4.1 what's new?
All the effort for this release was spent developing the training infrastructure for improving neural nets by capturing positions for supervised learning.
I have a new private python repository, which I may make public, which is all about preprocessing bullet format text files to guarantee uniqueness of FENs, remove repetition draws etc. Then I have another Eubos-derived Jar file for rescoring these positions with searches to a greater depth utilising successively stronger nets.
This toolchain was used to deliver 102 million unique positions, searched to depth 5 and 6 plies, with pruning and reductions on. That was used to train the net included in this release, which is 50 Elo stronger than Eubos v4.0.
