HypnoS ++ 1.03 (derived from Stockfish) - new version chess engine

 

HypnoS is a free and strong UCI chess engine derived from Stockfish that analyzes chess positions and computes the optimal moves.

HypnoS does not include a graphical user interface (GUI) that is required to display a chessboard and to make it easy to input moves. These GUIs are developed independently from HypnoS and are available online.

HypnoS ++ 1.03 what's new?

-Enhance NNUE weight blending and search reductions with dynamic Shashin style adjustments

-movepick: demote losing captures using SEE

-Gate style tweaks at shallow depth / early PV

-Skip losing captures without check using SEE

-LMR smart clamp for good quiet moves

-fix Small ProbCut in-check guard

-Remove duplicate sharp/zugzwang extension

-LMR smart clamp for countermove quiets

-Demote losing quiet evasions using SEE

-Skip Shashin blend when Dynamic Style is OFF

-Cache static Shashin style to avoid per-node lookups
