Summary
Added a Search::Worker::experience_guidance_available() helper to expose whether experience data is active, allowing correction-history scaling to react to that state.
Updated correction-history blending and quiescence evaluation to consult the new accessor and to use a neutral depth when applying adjustments, preserving the intended tapering when experience guidance is present.
