Byte 2.0 what's new?

ByteChess 2.0.0 releases with many new updates, including initial king safety, tapered eval, and tuned eval using Texel's Tuning Method, resulting in a gain of ~250 elo and an estimated strength of 2065. The delay in this release was largely due to a tapered evaluation bug that took months to be discovered.
