Prune 3.2.0 - what's new?

this new version has :
a new nnue (1024 HL with horizontal mirroring)
a lot of search patches :

• nmp verification
• evasion in qs
• totally tuned parameters (2k iterations of 16 games tc=40+0.4)
• clusters for the TT
• capthist, that makes able to add capthist pruning
  added bm stability too
  (this is not exhaustive)

Elo: 146.61 +/- 7.26, nElo: 218.41 +/- 9.63
LOS: 100.00 %, DrawRatio: 27.92 %, PairsRatio: 9.36
Games: 5000, Wins: 2624, Losses: 631, Draws: 1745, Points: 3496.5 (69.93 %)
Ptnml(0-2): [30, 144, 698, 1059, 569], WL/DD Ratio: 1.58
