Major Version Release
Rudim was rewritten in Rust - this was something I wanted to do in 2023 but didn't have enough time to spend learning Rust in enough depth. See #87 for more details

Also a bug which got caught during migration, the Zobrist hash was colliding between Castling Rights & SideToMove.

If you get a chance to test one of the new Rust binaries, please add a comment to #92 so I can know if they are working
