New UCI Features:
New configurable option for hash size
Now reports hashfull and seldepth

New Engine Features:
Transposition Table (16MB default) + PVS: 200 elo
Killers: +37 elo
Basic History Heuristic (reset each search): 27 elo
Modified Move Ordering for Efficiency: ??? elo
Honestly I don't really know where the missing 50ish elo that got it up to +312ish elo came from, but the tournament I ran suggests it came from somewhere🤷‍♂️

Note About Antivirus False Positives:
There is a chance that your antivirus will detect threats if you try and run the binary files, specifically something called Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.H!ml whatever that is. If this happens to you, either tell your antivirus to shut up somehow, or just download the source code and compile locally with sh release.sh. I promise this program is not a virus.
