The Renegade 1.2.0 engine won a major tournament for new versions of middle class chess engines. In second place was the Astra 5.2 engine and in third Calvin 6.1.0 JA. We ran the tournament on an older laptop that is already 12 years old! We know that many of our readers use such older computers.
