These are the results of a special tournament featuring chess engines that are ranked highly in our CEDR system, despite not being the most powerful overall.
For example, Stockfish 20241208 competed, and its second-place finish was a significantly better result than that achieved by Stockfish 17.1. This performance validates it as a successful, high-performing build.
Reckless 0.8.0 also participated, and it marginally outperformed the latest version of the engine, Reckless 0.9.0 dev.967b.
The final podium finishers were: 1. Tactical Titan 5.9 PrO, 2. Stockfish 20241208, and 3. SF-PRO2 02.05.2025.
