Under Chess Engines Diary's new policy, only engines that achieve at least a 50% score against the Critter 1.61a benchmark will proceed to further testing. Cataphract 1.2 JA passed this hurdle decisively, winning its match with a resounding 20.5 – 3.5 score. Consequently, it moves on to further testing and will participate in the qualifying rounds for the TOP-64 CEDR league.
