Akira CE 1.4.4 what's new?

This is yet another step towards further NNUE update, but not a strength- nor a feature-wise update.
Generally, v1.4.4 is expected to be on par with v1.3.0.

Still, major change to the search extension has been done, null-move prune removed (it was broken), various fixes, minor eval tweaks.
Default hash now set to 24 MB (384 MB is still recommended).
"eval" command now returns "is_quiet" and "q_score" as well, as the "static_score".
