Arasan 25.4 JA - new version chess engine (Windows, Android, Linux)

A new version of one of the longest-developed chess engines has been released - Arasan 25.4. The engine plays very strongly and is ranked high at 22th place in the CEDR ranking. We will start the first tests of this engine soon.

Arasan has both a native user interface (for Windows only) and a console-based chess engine for use with Winboard or xboard. Arasan also works with Arena, another free chess interface, and with UCI-compatible programs like Fritz and Chessbase.

Arasan includes an opening "book" with over 900,000 moves.

 8) Support a 64-bit GUI using a 64-bit engine - make separate installer for this
 9) Minor code cleanups, book update, ECO classification update
