Chess engine: Clovis III


Clovis - UCI chess engine.
Rating CEDR=2854

Named after the first king of the Franks and the paleoamerican mammoth slayers, Clovis is a powerful UCI chess engine written in C++. It is a successor to [Hopper Chess](https://github.com/jonathanmcdermid/Hopper-Chess-Engine) in that it follows standard convention more closely.

implemented gradient descent tuner
disabled drawishness and some other evaluation functions until they are integrated into tuner
added some params to evaluation (candidate passer, rook on seventh)
vertically mirrored some PSQTs
Expecting a ~50 Elo improvement from Clovis II!
