What's Changed
Retrained the nn on much more data. From 40M to 375M positions.
Bigger neural network 768 -> 256 -> 64 -> 1
Rewrote the toolchain to cross compile from linux to windows. Now windows assembly is almost identical to linux (where it is tuned and tested). Big performance improvement
