c4ke 1.0 what's new?

First ever release of c4ke.
Huge thanks to members of the MinusKelvin discord for helping me and allowing me into their Openbench instance.

c4ke-x86-64: non-4KiB binaries that have more UCI support, choose your binary based on microarchitecture levels.
c4ke-mini: the 4KiB version with 1 thread and 8MB hash.
c4ke-tcec: the 4KiB version with 512 threads and 256 GiB hash.
