Truncator 1.0 what's new?

Truncator 1.0 was developed with the restriction to only use the PESTO evaluation function, which is extremely simple.
The goal was to reach 3000 CCRL elo, but because i set a rough timeframe on when i wanted to start working on NNUE, Truncator fell some 50 elo short and should sit somewhere around 2950 ccrl blitz.

It convincingly beats Stash v25 (2935 ccrl blitz) (stc -3, ltc +60)
but horribly looses to Stash v27 (3053 ccrl blitz) (stc -88, ltc -189)
Although unbalanced books were used, so the read elo differences should be smaller.

Some gauntlet results at 40+0.4 on a balanced book are:
Rank Name                              Elo   +/-   Games   Score    Draw
0 Truncator Dev                     -41    15    1500   44.1%   27.9%
1 4ku-5.1 (3020)                     83    26     500   61.7%   27.8%
2 Pingu-4.0.0 (2997 ccrl-blitz)      57    26     500   58.1%   29.8%
3 rengar-v2.1.1 (3001 ccrl-blitz)   -15    26     500   47.8%   26.0%
If you find bugs or have any question, just let me know! If you use Truncator, you probably have my discord anyways :)
