Author - Marco Zerbinati
JudaS is based on the Stockfish engine and is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. See the LICENSE file for details.
JudaS is a free and strong UCI chess engine derived from Stockfish that analyzes chess positions and computes the optimal moves.
JudaS does not include a graphical user interface (GUI) that is required to display a chessboard and to make it easy to input moves. These GUIs are developed independently from JudaS and are available online.
JudaS 1.0.1 what's new?
Aligned with the latest Stockfish Development Versions patch:
Introduce 4-ply continuation correction history
official-stockfish/Stockfish@e18ed79
Pragmatic/Solid branch: add SafePruningLevel (LMR only) and DrawBiasCp (near-equal bias)
2329070
- SafePruningLevel (0..2): softens LMR reductions by 0/1/2 steps (1 step ≈ 1024).
Does NOT touch Step 14 thresholds anymore.
- DrawBiasCp (−50..+50 cp): tiny bias around near-equal evaluations; default 0 = neutral.
Cache options per node, guard with defaults if UCI not initialized.
No functional change at defaults; Elo-neutral in fast TC.
