New UCI option: AttackInclination (0..100, default 0)

Lightens LMR only for forcing moves (givesCheck || capture).

0 = neutral; 20..49 ≈ half step (−512); ≥50 ≈ full step (−1024).

Snapshotted per node; no effect at default.

- New UCI option: CheckSacrificeToleranceCp (0..80, default 0)

When a move gives check, increases the SEE margin by +Cp,

allowing slightly more negative SEE to pass pruning.

Applied only in SEE-based pruning; no effect at default.

- Implementation details:

Options are cached per node (kAttackInclination, kCheckSacrificeToleranceCp)

with safe defaults if UCI init hasn't run yet.

LMR and ttPv scaler remain unchanged for non-forcing moves.

Step 14 thresholds (quiet-skip) unchanged to avoid unintended pruning shifts.

Defaults are Elo-neutral and NPS-neutral (no functional change when both = 0).
