Ember 1.1.0 - new version chess engine

Ember - Ember is a UCI-compatible chess engine written in Rust that I'm writing for learning and experimentation. The project is in active development and is regularly updated and improved.

Ember is a new, promising chess engine. Its previous version participated in the pre-qualification tournament for the chess engine league and scored 50%. New versions are released frequently – we'll see how this engine progresses.
