Pea 9.0 - new version chess engine

Pea - a UCI compliant chess engine written in Rust with a NNUE trained from scratch.

Pea 9.0 what's new?

Final network release for now. From random init up until gen 9 I have trained on around 1.2 billion positions.
The engine has reached an estimated Elo of around 3193. When training with Lc0 data I achieved around 3400 so there is still some room for improvement on the network later.

Results vs previous version (600m positions)
Results of GEN9 vs GEN8 (8+0.08, 1t, 16MB, UHO_Lichess_4852_v1.epd):
Elo: 244.00 +/- 33.84, nElo: 346.44 +/- 35.02
Games: 378, Wins: 255, Losses: 26, Draws: 97, Points: 303.5 (80.29 %)
Datagen just takes too long for me atm so I will be focussing now on some search and tm improvements.
