Scoria - chess engine

After 6 months, I am proud to release Scoria 3, the latest iteration of my chess engine. This version sees an over 600 elo improvement over the previous release, now playing at an estimated ~2000 elo. This time, I have also attached prebuilt binary files (.jar and .exe) for easy integration into any UCI-compliant GUIs.
Scoria 4.4.9 what's new?
Scoria 4 has finally been released a year after its previous version. Although it has taken a long time, the improvement in performance is well worth it.
Highlights
BitBoards
Scoria has now migrated to bitboards rather than an array based representation, allowing for much faster move generation and board operations which has significantly improved its speed.
Optimizations
Scoria 4 has finally implemented far more optimizations which were all fine-tuned to create the strongest version of the chess engine. The Evaluator parameters were also tuned using Texel's Tuning Method to give a more accurate static evaluation of the board.
Standardization
The 50 move rule, insufficient material and threefold repetition have all been implemented to ensure compliance with standard chess rules. UCI compatibility has also been improved with the addition of "movestogo" to allow different time controls.
Disclaimers
No .exe binary files have been attached this time, only .jar compilations. Further information may be found in the README.md.
Scoria 4.4.8 is a simple bug fix for Ponder causing crashes. If you are not using Scoria with permanent thinking enabled nor observing a match as it plays out, there should be no errors.
Scoria 4.4.9 improves time management slightly, making it play faster and conserve more time.
