Halogen 16.7.12 what's new?
- Remove unused ContinuationHistory::cont_hist_depth constant
- Collapse the eight promotion cases in apply_move via a promo_type cast
- Share castle-rights key logic between apply_move and get_fifty_move_adj_key_after
- Reduce the dead king-bucket lazy-update branch to an assert
- Rename assets/LICENCE to assets/LICENSE
