Cinder - UCI chess engine

Cinder 0.5.0, the latest version of the powerful chess engine, has been released after more than a year. It has just been promoted to the 2nd CEDR Chess Engine League and will make its debut in that division during the 7/2026 season. It will be interesting to see how it fares.
v.0.5.1: Handle go command with no clock increment.
