New chess engine: Priessnitz 2.0

Priessnitz is a free UCI chess engine. It does not include its own graphical interface but any UCI compatible GUI (e.g., Cute Chess, Arena) will work.
Author: kfeske

The inspiration for Priessnitz started near the end of 2022.
The name is inspired by a small local stream. Nothing deep, I just thought, it sounded nice.

v.2.0:
Improvements
King safety was improved by a large margin
More dynamic time management
Added /changed a few evaluation parameters
Small improvements to the search
Fixed some tiny bugs
Changelog
You can find all the changes and their respective Elo gains in the commit history.

Strength
In selfplay, Priessnitz 2.0 is about 140 Elo stronger than version 1.0. I expect it to be around 100 Elo stronger against other engines :O

The bmi2 binary is the fastest, but the avx2 version should be a bit more compatible. If your CPU is ancient, you can try popcnt.
